- CPCWHS1001 – Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card) (mandatory)
- 11084NAT – Course in Asbestos Awareness (mandatory)
- 10830NAT – Course in Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention (mandatory)
- Additional tickets and qualifications such as telehandler, boom lift and forklift tickets are highly desirable
- The ability to work autonomously or with limited direction
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to solve everyday construction problems
- Reliable and on-time
- Committed to doing a good job
