Contracts Administrator Urban Landscapes (Parks and Open Spaces)

- Permanent Full Time, 35 hours per week
- $97,348.35 to $105,376.59 +12% superannuation

An exciting opportunity exists to manage urban landscapes (parks and open spaces) maintenance contracts across the full project life cycle. The successful candidate will undertake scope development, procurement support, contract administration, performance monitoring, and compliance to ensure service outcomes meet community expectations. The role will also be integral to coordinating the planning, delivery and review of minor projects and service works.

What we are seeking:

- Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in Contract Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Horticulture, Landscape Construction or a related field
- High level knowledge and experience in administering service and works contracts., including risk

management, performance management,



quality assurance and cost control.
- Sound knowledge of maintenance delivery, minor landscape construction or public domain improvement

works, commercial contractual arrangements, relevant legislation and codes of practice, and environmental, social, economic and financial considerations.
- Demonstrated experience in administering maintenance, service or minor works contracts, including scope

development, estimating, programming and documenting contract packages
- Experience in contractor and consultant management, including monitoring service levels, reviewing

deliverables and addressing non-conformance
- Well-developed skills in contract correspondence, reporting, record keeping, budgeting and financial

administration
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft package.
- NSW Class C Drivers Licence
- NSW White Card or equivalent
