Based in the CBD, the business delivers the majority of its projects throughout the CBD and surrounding areas, providing exposure to some of Sydney's most interesting refurbishment and fit out projects. Your new role

As a Contract Administrator, you'll be responsible for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account.

Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, your responsibilities will include:

- Procurement and letting of subcontract packages
- Managing subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Contract administration and variations
- Progress claims and payment processing
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Managing project cash flow and profit margins
- Reviewing construction programmes and methodologies
- Supporting the successful delivery of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects





Projects range across commercial workplace environments, healthcare facilities and industrial spaces, offering excellent diversity and exposure. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- 3-5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry
- Previous experience delivering commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
- A stable work history with reputable builders or fit out contractors
- Experience working within fast-paced project environments
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project programmes
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, profit margins and cash flow
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
