We're a family-based business that genuinely values our people and team culture, and we're looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator / Prestart Consultant to take ownership of client jobs from sales handover right through to Issued for Construction (IFC).

Based at our Wangara office and working under our Contracts Manager, this is a wide-ranging role spanning contracts, compliance, building licences, drafting liaison and prestart meetings. Our goal is to give every client an enjoyable building experience — not just a quality product, but a level of service that builds on our reputation as an industry leader. You'll be central to that goal, working closely with stakeholders across the business, and joining a highly experienced team who'll support you every step of the way.

What you'll be doing

- Managing client jobs from sales handover through contracts, compliance, building licences, drafting and prestart to IFC
- Preparing and administering building contracts, tracking compliance and approval milestones
- Running the prestart process with clients — selections, variations and sign-off
- Coordinating with Sales, Design & Drafting, Estimating, Contracts,



Manufacturing and Site Install to keep jobs moving
- Being the go-to point of contact for clients throughout their build journey

What you'll bring

- Demonstrated experience in contracts administration and prestart in residential building or construction
- Modular construction knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
- A sharp eye for detail and rock-solid organisation across multiple jobs at once
- Exceptional communication skills — comfortable being the face of the business for clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Experience with Databuild, Client Manager or Onsite Companion is a bonus
