About The Opportunity

n

The primary purpose of this position is to manage and develop the spare parts function, including customer enquiries, parts identification, sales, purchasing, stock management and system administration. A key focus of the role is taking ownership of the spare parts department, its organisation and its ongoing efficiency.

Reporting directly to the Internal Sales Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying opportunities to improve storage, efficiency and processes within the department
n
- Identifying spare parts using technical drawings, manuals, schematics and product knowledge
n
- Monitoring stock levels, coordinating replenishment and managing supplier orders and lead times
n




- Taking ownership of the organisation, presentation and functionality of the spare parts department
n
- Maintaining accurate spare parts information across the ERP system, online listings and physical stock locations
n
- Managing spare parts enquiries via phone, email and online channels, preparing quotations and processing orders
n

About You

n

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in an organised, well presented workplace
n
- A proactive mindset, naturally looking for ways to improve systems and processes
n
- Experience with stock and inventory management, including purchasing and stocktake activities
n
- Solid customer service and sales experience, with confidence preparing quotes and managing enquiries
n
- Technical knowledge of spare parts, or the ability to confidently interpret drawings, manuals and schematics
n
