Troocoo Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses with recent Operating Theatre experience for contract opportunities in Winton QLD.

n

This is a great chance for an experienced RN looking for a short-term contract in regional Queensland.

n

The Role:

n

- Position: Registered Nurse – Grade 5
n
- Location: Winton QLD
n
- Contract: 07 September 2026 – 30 September 2026
n
- Rate: $51.28 – $66.30 per hour base
n
- Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8am – 4:30pm and on call/recall after hours and on weekends.
n

Essential Experience To be considered, you must have:

n

n
- Current BLS certificate
n
- Experience with manual and patient handling
n




- Infection control and hand hygiene knowledge
n
- Understanding of mandatory reporting requirements
n
- Occupational Violence Prevention/de-escalation training
n
- Medication management knowledge
n
- Experience using ieMR
n
- Previous experience working in Australia
n
- Previous Queensland Health experience
n

Additional Requirements Successful candidates must be willing to complete:

n

n
- Integrated electronic medical record training
n
- Online induction training
n
- Any additional training required by the HHS
n
