Octopus Australia is seeking a Legal Counsel in Sydney, NSW to support the growth of our renewable energy projects. The role covers commercial, transactional and regulatory advice across development, construction, operations, and project finance, with close collaboration to external counsel.
You will draft and review NDAs and consultancy agreements and handle day-to-day legal documentation, reporting to the Legal Director or a Senior Counsel in a fast-moving workplace.
