Job Description

An established and highly regarded design practice is looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong F&B; and hospitality experience who enjoys being client-facing and involved in the full design process. You'll take ownership of major projects and key client relationships, working closely with the wider design team to bring high-quality hospitality spaces to life.

A major focus of the role will be working with a major hospitality group, across a diverse portfolio of projects including gaming venues, hotels, bistros and other F&B; environments.

The Role

n

You'll take the lead from the initial concept stage through to delivery, developing the overall design vision before working with the wider team to document and deliver the project.

n

- Taking ownership of a major hospitality client relationship and acting as a key point of contact.
n
- Developing creative and commercially considered interior design concepts for F&B; and hospitality projects.
n
- Remaining hands-on with design while providing direction to the wider team.
n
- Working closely with the team as they develop documentation, schedules and project deliverables.
n
- Managing consultants and coordinating with external project stakeholders.
n
- Managing client communication, expectations, feedback and project updates.
n
- Overseeing multiple projects and ensuring they are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
n
- Attending client and consultant meetings and confidently presenting design concepts and solutions.
n




- Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the hospitality design portfolio.

About You

n

You'll be an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a solid background in F&B;, hospitality or related commercial interiors.

n

- Has proven experience delivering F&B; and/or hospitality projects.
n
- Is highly confident and polished in a client-facing environment.
n
- Can develop a strong overarching design concept and communicate the vision effectively.
n
- Enjoys a balance of creative design, project management and hands-on work.
n
- Has strong consultant coordination and project management skills.
n
- Is commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of a major client relationship.
n
- Can work collaboratively with a wider design and documentation team.
n
- Is confident managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
n
- Has excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
n
