Aussie Tune is looking for a Senior Technician who knows their way around complex diagnostics, European vehicles, and high-level mechanical and electrical work.

This role is central to how we deliver trustworthy, high‑quality work for our customers. You’ll handle the advanced jobs, support apprentices, and step up for the Workshop Manager when needed to keep workflow running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

- Advanced diagnostics and complex mechanical and electrical repairs
- Delivering high-quality workmanship that meets industry, manufacturer, and safety standards
- Communicating clearly with the Workshop Manager and Service Advisor
- Supporting apprentices and less experienced technicians
- Keeping the workshop organised, safe, and compliant.
- Recording diagnostic or service videos as required
- Documenting work accurately in our systems
- Stepping into the Workshop Manager role when delegated
- Staying current with technical training and industry developments

What you bring

- Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship experience, with European diagnostic experience highly regarded
- Strong diagnostic process and problem-solving capability
- High attention to detail
- Full manual driver’s licence
- A learning mindset and commitment to keeping your skills sharp
- A personal toolbox with the essentials and specialist tools
