The Role

As our Corporate Receptionist for our Melbourne office, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment that sets the tone for their experience with our firm. Beyond reception, you'll manage diverse administrative and office operations tasks that keep our office running smoothly. This role operates 8:30am to 4:30pm, with flexibility during peak periods as needed.

Office Management

- Oversee daily office operations, maintaining an organised and efficient workspace
- Manage security access pass systems
- Support new employee onboarding including resource setup
- Coordinate catering, utilities, supplies and cleaning services
- Reconcile monthly expenses and oversee facilities management for the Melbourne office

Executive Support & Corporate Access

- Prepare meeting materials, printing and binding documents
- Support Executive Assistants and Head of Corporate Access with event and meeting coordination
- Database management




- Serve as primary contact for virtual meetings support (training provided)

About You You are naturally organised, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent communication skills, the ability to rapport effortlessly, and take pride in delivering exceptional service. You are self-motivated, proactive in problem-solving, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism. In addition, you will have:

- Highly professional personal presentation and demeanor
- Robust organisational and time-management skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Reliability and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- The ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Corporate Boardroom Attendant or Receptionist role or background in hospitality, hotel concierge or office building concierge who is looking to transition into a corporate environment.
