About the role

Sensorium Theatre is seeking an energetic and experienced Creative Learning Coordinator to join the office-based team. In this dynamic role, you will lead the operational coordination of creative learning programs, supporting the impactful and sustainable delivery of flagship Sensory Storytelling and Professional Learning programs across the Perth metropolitan area. Working closely with the Artistic Directors, General Manager and Associate Creative Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of programs, coordinating all logistical aspects, liaising with artists and with school and community partners—including engaging with staff, carers, and families supporting children with disability in playgroups, education support schools and libraries—and ensuring the program is delivered within budget and effectively evaluated.

- Reporting and evaluation (15%)
- General administration (10%)

About you

- Exceptional skills in project management, including planning, budgeting, coordinating, liaising, scheduling, data and record management, and reporting
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in communicating with a variety of stakeholders, developing and nurturing stakeholder relationships, and preparing grant applications and acquittals
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365,



with desirable experience in or willingness to use Deputy
- Demonstrated evidence of working autonomously with self-directed initiative, in multi-tasking, and in managing and meeting competing deadlines
- Demonstrated evidence of adopting a collaborative, supportive, 'team-player' approach in planning and delivery
- Direct experience working within the performing arts, education, and/or disability sectors with experience in project management, management and/or administration
- Evidence of an undergraduate degree in arts, arts administration, or education, or equivalent professional experience
- A 'right to work' visa and a current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
