A in-house client of ours is looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end campaign delivery across Print, Digital, and Audio platforms for a 3 month contract.
About the Role In this role, you’ll sit right at the center of the action—bridging the gap between creative studios, sales, and cross-functional production teams. From the initial high-stakes pitch through to final execution, you will be the driving force that ensures integrated multimedia campaigns launch seamlessly, on time, and with maximum impact.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Take total ownership of media campaigns from client brief and pitch phase through to post-campaign wrap-up.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main connective tissue between creative, sales, and external partners to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Multi-Format Execution: Oversee production and asset delivery across digital, print, and audio channels simultaneously.
- Workflow Optimization: Manage timelines, manage client expectations, resolve roadblocks,
and maintain high standards of delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Project Manager, Campaign Manager, or Integrated Producer within a media owner, publisher, creative agency, or production workplace.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of multi-channel execution (Digital, Audio, Print).
- Strong stakeholder management skills—you know how to balance creative ambitions with commercial realities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, calm under pressure, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Pay range and compensation package $450 - $500 p/day in super.
