Crushing & Screening Supervisors & Operators

PNG Group Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Crushing & Screening Supervisors and Operators to join our growing mining operations team.

We are looking for experienced people who take pride in safe, reliable and efficient plant operations and are looking for ongoing work across mining and civil projects.

About the Roles

- 7 days on / 7 days off roster
- Work across multiple mine sites
- Mining and crushing & screening operations
- Immediate starts available for the right candidates
- Flights may be provided for the right candidates
- Ongoing opportunities available

Crushing & Screening Supervisors As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing crushing and screening operations, coordinating crews and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising crushing and screening operations and personnel
- Ensuring plant is operated safely and efficiently
- Monitoring production and plant performance
- Coordinating daily tasks and communicating with site management
- Identifying and addressing plant faults and operational issues
- Completing and monitoring pre-starts, inspections and routine maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with site and company WHS requirements
- Leading by example and maintaining a strong safety culture

Crushing & Screening Operators





Key responsibilities include:

- Operating crushing and screening plants safely and efficiently
- Completing daily pre-start inspections
- Monitoring plant performance and identifying faults
- Carrying out routine maintenance and housekeeping
- Working with supervisors and site personnel to achieve production targets
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
- Following all site safety procedures and company policies

About You We are looking for experienced mining personnel with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Essential / highly regarded:

- Previous experience operating crushing and screening equipment in a mining environment
- Experience with Finlay and/or Metso crushing equipment
- Crushing & Screening Plant Operations competency
- Current G2 and G189 (Surface Coal Mine Safety Induction)
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Standard 11 – preferred
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- For Supervisors – previous crushing & screening supervisory experience
