Illawarra Toyota has a rare opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Consultant/Aftercare Product Sales, or someone with a proven track record in sales, to join our team. The successful applicant will have a broad knowledge of car care sales, demonstrate a professional approach and be able to deliver outstanding customer care.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, as part of a supportive, stable and dynamic sales team.

General responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Educating customers on accessories available for the purchase of their new or used car
- Tailoring packages and products to meet the needs of each customer, providing an excellent buying experience
- Generating business and maximising sales and sales targets, working closely with the dealership by providing exceptional customer care
- Closing a sale and 100% follow-up of customer purchase

To succeed in this position, you will be:

- Self-motivated, results driven with a “can-do” attitude
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills,



being able to build rapport with our customers and deliver a high standard of customer care
- Positive knowledge of the car industry and car care products and advantages would be an advantage (but not essential)
- Punctual and reliable, professional in your presentation and have a strong work ethic
- Positive, motivated and driven to make $$$
