PlusLife Health is a family-run Australian business selling premium saunas, ice baths and wellness equipment, with delivery and assembly included. Our customers are making a big investment in their health, and from the moment they order until their sauna or ice bath is installed and working, they should feel like someone is looking after them.

That person is you.

What the job is

You are the customer's single point of contact after the sale. You keep them updated on their order, prepare them for delivery and installation, coordinate our couriers and installers, and when something goes wrong, you are the one who picks up the phone, listens properly, and makes sure the customer feels heard while we sort it out.

You do not sell, and you do not fix things yourself. We have a sales team and a technical team for that. Your job is to make sure the customer is never left wondering what is happening next, and that everyone internally is on the same page.

Day to day, you will:

- Answer customer questions about orders, delivery, installation and products by phone, email and our helpdesk.
- Call customers when there is a problem.
- Keep customers updated on their order and flag delays as soon as we know about them.
- Inform our couriers and installers with what they need, and keep customer and installers on the same page.
- Gather the details our technical team needs for warranty and repair issues, then keep those issues moving until they are resolved.
- Propose fair, sensible solutions when things go wrong, and bring the bigger decisions to management with a recommendation.
- Check in with customers after installation,



and ask our happy ones for a review.

Who we are looking for This is not a role that needs years of experience. It needs the right person. We can teach you the products, the process and the tools. What we cannot teach is how you naturally treat people, so that is what we are hiring for.

- You are kind, and you mean it. People feel better after talking to you.
- You are comfortable on the phone and can stay warm when someone is upset.
- You want to make the customer happy, but you understand the answer is not always the most expensive one.
- You are organised and follow up without being reminded.
- You are easy to work with and a people person. You will deal with our team, installers and couriers every day.
- You write clearly.

You might have come from customer support, hospitality, retail, reception, a clinic front desk or anywhere else where you looked after people and sorted out their problems. No sauna or technical knowledge needed. We have technical people for that and can teach you as we go.

The details

- Part-time, 25 to 30 hours a week, spread across Monday to Friday so our customers always have someone to reach. There is real potential for this to grow into a full time role.
- Fully remote, anywhere in Australia. Sydney is a bonus for the occasional in-person catch-up, but not required.
- Small, family-run team. You will work directly with the founders.
- Tools we use: Gorgias, FreshCaller, Go High Level, Google Workspace, Slack and AI tools. You do not need to know them already, just be comfortable picking up new software quickly.
