Artvo is Australia’s first immersive, ‘trick-art’ gallery. Our large scale, hand painted art covers 8 rooms and offers a range of imaginative ‘set-ups' to jump into.
Artvo Gold Coast, located in Robina Town Centre, is seeking an outgoing and energetic Junior Customer Service individual to join our friendly team on a casual basis (so weekends and school holidays).
Our standard open hours (term time) are M-F 10am- 4pm, S-S 10am - 5pm. QLD School Holidays we open 10am - 5pm, 7 days a week. Junior shifts are shorter to help us provide the best customer service to our guests during busy times.
Our newest team member will also have weekend availability.
The role involves
- Assisting visitors around the gallery, helping them take photos and ensuring patrons have a memorable visit.
- Creating a welcoming setting for guests
- Checking in customer bookings
- Front desk ticket sales
The role is a lot of fun for someone who enjoys meeting new people and adept at adjusting communication styles to suit a variety of customer needs. We'll teach you about how we work and be on hand to answer questions. Additional highly regarded skills include:
