About the Role
Provide support with all administrative tasks to assist growth of our agents and dealer network within Western Australia, you will provide training to Agents/Dealers in the use of systems, monthly stock takes, commission invoices, marketing campaigns and compliance/training for safety and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- At all times present and conduct yourself in a professional and positive manner, working to put Supagas at the forefront of customer minds when considering their gas needs
- Work with the National Dealer and Agent Manager to ensure effective handover of new Agents and Dealers
- Provide Agent/Dealer training onsite or via Teams when required
- Provide training and transition Agents onto the Agent Portal
- Manage and maintain the Branch Network Inbox ensuring all email requests are actioned promptly
- Process sales and new customer accounts received from agents
- Assist in all administrative tasks associated with converting select Dealers to Agents
- Ensure required paperwork is received from Dealers/Agents within set timeframes
- Ensure paperwork is received from Agents and processed by the end of the month
- Complete monthly Agent stock reconciliations
- Calculate and process Agent monthly commissions
- Implement strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality and safety, and ensure continuous improvement
- Comply with, and ensure compliance with, the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010
About you:
- Current drivers licence
- Knowledge and understanding of AS 1596 The Storage and Handling of LP gas, as well as AS 4332 The Storage and Handling of Gases in Cylinders
- Australian Consumer Law knowledge
- Strong Negotiating skills
- Computer skills including the Microsoft suite of packages.
- Excellent communication and organization skills are essential to the role, along with attention to detail and a genuine interest in problem solving and working with stakeholders.
- The ability to establish productive, skilled relationships at all levels of the business, including liaising with many departments and specialties to achieve positional objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to listen and reason.
