We are looking for a looking for an enthusiastic, ethical and motivated individual who is interested in establishing long term relationships with our clients as well as a long term career with our company.

This full-time position is to provide administrative support to our clients and the entconn Sales team. Specifically, this involves processing sales orders, general associated administration duties, communication and customer service.

THE ROLE

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, both verbally and in writing in various areas including: addressing client inquiries, faults and order management & fulfilment.
- CRM: Management of our CRM including maintaining records, updating client information and tickets
- General Administration: Perform general administrative duties,



including managing correspondence (phone, email and CRM), filing, and handling office supplies.

- Have excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Be an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual

- Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role and understand telecommunications systems and jargon, but not essential. Telstra systems experience is also highly regarded.
