Organisational growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our existing Customer Service team.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Handling email and phone bookings, quotes, timeslots and providing job status updates to our traditional Courier Taxi Truck + Freight Forwarder clients.
- Delivering service excellence via various mediums (email and telephone).
- Liaising with and developing professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working independently and collaboratively with all stakeholders and the wider Bonds team.




- Positively contributing to the organisation's culture by acting responsibly and in the best interest of Bonds.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Strong PC skills (MS Office suite).
- Strong attention to detail.
