This opportunity positions you as the key point of contact for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving concerns with confidence and care.

How You’ll Strengthen the Team:

- Engage with customers and process orders with agility and accuracy
- Coordinate compliant shipping documentation for local and export deliveries
- Deliver timely, professional resolutions to customer complaints
- Coordinate intercompany transfers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and seamless internal flow
- Drive inventory accuracy through proactive monitoring and effective stock control
- Foster strong intercompany communication to enable seamless processes
