About the role

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, trading hours are 8am to 4pm, no weekend work. You will receive one on one continuous training every step of the way.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to customer sales enquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Deliver accurate product information and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements
- Process orders, including invoicing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain organised warehouse systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Process incoming deliveries and prepare outbound shipments
- Safely operate forklifts (license required), pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe work workplace

About you

- Experienced in responding to customer sales enquiries and providing exceptional customer service




- Confident in delivering accurate product information and recommending suitable solutions based on customer requirements
- Proficient in processing orders, including invoicing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
- Physically fit and capable of safely handling and lifting products weighing up to 30kg on a regular basis
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- Forklift license required
