Ozdent Pty Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Part time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We are an established dental supplies company providing products and equipment to dental professionals. We pride ourselves on knowledgeable, friendly service and building long-term relationships with our customers.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be an important part of our customer service team and one of the first points of contact for our customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming customer calls and emails
- Providing friendly and professional assistance with product enquiries
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Helping customers with pricing, product availability and order information
- Following up on orders and delivery enquiries
- Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Working closely with our sales, warehouse and administration teams
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records
- Providing general administrative support when required

What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organised and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

Ideally, you'll have:





- Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- A professional and positive approach to customers
- The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- A reliable, proactive and team-oriented attitude

Experience within the dental, medical, healthcare or healthcare supplies industry would be highly regarded, but isn't essential. We're happy to provide product training to the right person. Why join Ozdent?
