Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a trusted client located in Northgate, QLD The important parts:

- Pay: $35-40 per hour + Super
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 3-month temporary assignment with potential for permanent employment
- Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Location: Northgate QLD

What you will be required to do: You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting national accounts and managing customer enquiries across multiple channels.

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Managing customer requests through Salesforce and internal systems
- Coordinating service bookings and scheduling requirements
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records and account information
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure service delivery standards are met
- Working within KPI and service level expectations
- Building solid relationships with customers and stakeholders

To be successful in the role you will:

- Previous experience within a customer service or contact centre environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite




- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems will be highly regarded
- A positive attitude and strong customer-focused approach
