MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognised leader in travel insurance and assistance services, seeking confident and customer-focused Customer Service Consultants to join their Brisbane CBD Contact Centre team.

What You'll Be Doing You'll be part of a busy Contact Centre team supporting customers throughout their travel journeys.



No two conversations will necessarily be the same, so you'll need to combine excellent customer service with empathy, problem-solving and robust attention to detail.

Your day to day will include:

- Handling inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and genuine empathy
- Assisting customers who may be experiencing stressful or unexpected situations, including breakdowns, vehicle support or insurance-related queries
- Navigating multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Recording customer interactions accurately and maintaining high service standards

You'll bring

- Previous call centre or phone-based customer service experience is highly regarded
- Confidence navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Demonstrated empathy and the ability to handle sensitive, emotional or difficult conversations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
