Due to continued growth, an chance has arisen for an experienced Customer Support Officer to join their collaborative and fast-paced team on the Gold Coast.

Your new role

As the Customer Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries, orders, and service requests are managed efficiently. Working closely with internal departments including sales, operations, warehousing, and logistics, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing customer orders and preparing quotations
- Maintaining accurate customer information within SAP and internal systems
- Coordinating order fulfilment and delivery schedules
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Providing customers with product information, pricing, and order updates
- Resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and general administration tasks




- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across customer service functions

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Support, or Administration role
- Demonstrated experience using SAP software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive approach with a strong customer service focus
- Experience in manufacturing, steel, construction, building materials, or industrial environments will be highly regarded
