Our client is a leading telecommunications and technology organisation undertaking strategic identity and access management initiatives to enhance security, compliance, and user lifecycle governance across enterprise platforms.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IAM Architect / Engineer to support the design, review, implementation, and governance of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of SailPoint-based identity management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Review SailPoint architecture designs, implementations, and governance frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical IAM solutions.
- Configure SailPoint workflows, connectors, and integrations.
- Integrate target systems including Active Directory, SAP, SaaS applications, and other enterprise platforms.
- Support the development and execution of IAM strategies covering user lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with project engineers and implementation partners to resolve technical and user-related issues.
- Provide guidance on IAM best practices, security standards, and operational processes.
- Support ongoing improvement and optimisation of identity management capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience





- Strong experience designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow solutions.
- Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, SAP, HR platforms, and SaaS applications .
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
- Experience configuring workflows, provisioning processes, access reviews, and governance controls.
- Knowledge of user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.

Desirable Experience

- Telecommunications or large enterprise environment experience.
- Experience working with system integrators and third-party delivery partners.
- Exposure to security, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
- Relevant SailPoint certifications.
