Data Migration Project Lead

We’re seeking an experienced Data Migration Project Lead to join a major ERP transformation program, supporting the migration from Pronto to Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a strong focus on transforming master data across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to shape and deliver a business-wide data migration program across a complex, multi-site operational setting, working across all asset classes and contributing directly to the success of a major ERP transformation.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

- 9-month initial contract, with room to extend
- $1,100 per day, inclusive of super
- On-site – Perth based

THE ROLE Working closely with SMEs across mining and operational teams, technical teams, and senior stakeholders, you will act as the key link between the business and the technical delivery team — understanding data deeply enough to pull work across the program into a coherent whole, and ensuring it is planned, packaged, and delivered.

Key responsibilities include:

- Plan development and systems work across all asset classes technology, mobile fleet, dump trucks, power generation, and other assets business-wide
- Understand data deeply enough across the business to pull the work together into a coherent program
- Build out work packages and manage them through to delivery
- Ensure the data required for each work package is delivered
- Own the work planning — set the plan and deliver against it
- Work across the business with SMEs, technical teams,



and mining/operational teams to coordinate delivery
- Support the transformation of master data as part of the broader Pronto to Dynamics 365 ERP migration

THE COMPANY An Australian resources-based company, currently undertaking a significant ERP transformation — migrating from Pronto to Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a strong focus on master data across the business. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Business, IT, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Strong experience as a technical Project Lead, Program Coordinator, Delivery Lead, or similar, with a strong data lens
- Demonstrated experience with ERP migrations (Pronto and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of master data management across large, complex organisations
- Proven ability to build and manage work packages and programs of work through to delivery
- Experience working across asset-heavy environments (mining, mobile fleet, plant and equipment) highly desirable
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable working with both mining/operational SMEs and technical/engineering teams
- Solid planning and program coordination skills — able to own a plan and deliver against it
- Experience in mining, resources, or similarly complex operational environments highly desirable
