Join Our Team – Part-time Receptionist

We're looking for a friendly, compassionate, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dental practice. This is an opportunity to become an important part of a supportive team where kindness, professionalism, and exceptional patient care are at the heart of everything we do.

For many of our patients, you'll be the first smile they see and the reassuring voice they hear. Your ability to make people feel comfortable, valued, and cared for will make a real difference to their experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is a little different, but your role will include:

- Welcoming patients with warmth and genuine care.
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries with confidence and empathy.
- Coordinating appointments and helping keep the day running smoothly.
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, from their first visit to follow-up care.
- Managing payments, health fund claims, and patient records.
- Working closely with our dentists and clinical team to ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience.





About You We're looking for someone who:
- Has a warm, positive personality and enjoys helping people.
- Loves providing exceptional customer service.
- Is organised, reliable, and able to juggle a variety of tasks.
- Communicates clearly and confidently.
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a close-knit team.
- Has previous reception, administration, or dental experience (an advantage, but not essential—we're happy to train the right person).

Most importantly, you're someone who genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome and cared for.
