About the opportunity

Ready to keep enterprise services moving? We are looking for a Delivery Engagement Specialist to drive the end-to-end coordination of enterprise service delivery across telecommunications, technology and network engineering teams.

This is a high-impact role at the centre of service delivery. You will bring people together, turn priorities into action, manage delivery risks and keep work progressing through to completion. As the key point of contact for service provisioning queries, escalations and delivery support requests, you will help create the clarity and momentum needed to deliver strong service outcomes.

The role will suit a confident and organised delivery professional who enjoys working across technical and business teams, influencing outcomes and making things happen.

About the role

You will drive enterprise service delivery from initial request through to completion, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies and next steps.

Your responsibilities will include

- Own the coordination of end-to-end delivery activity for enterprise services, including provisioning requests, work orders, incidents and delivery support activities.
- Build delivery plans, confirm milestones and coordinate actions across multiple technical and business teams.
- Serve as the central point of contact for delivery queries, escalations and outstanding actions.
- Lead regular follow-up with task owners to keep commitments on track and within agreed timeframes and service expectations.
- Maintain accurate delivery trackers and provide clear weekly reporting on completed, in-progress and at-risk work.
- Identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies early, drive mitigation actions and escalate with clear recommendations.

- Remove delivery blockers and address delays by bringing the right stakeholders together and driving accountability.
- Influence workgroup priorities to support business and customer delivery outcomes.
- Align or realign dependent delivery workflows when priorities, timelines or technical conditions change.
- Translate delivery status and technical issues into concise, meaningful updates for technical teams, business stakeholders, delivery teams and customer-facing functions.

You will be empowered to help prioritise work orders and incident resolution, coordinate dependent workflows and direct internal and external workgroups to take agreed action.

About you

You are a delivery professional who knows how to create momentum, manage detail and bring stakeholders with you. You will have experience delivering or coordinating telecommunications services, technology services or network-related work in a service delivery environment.

You will bring

- Demonstrated telecommunications service delivery experience, preferably in an enterprise, wholesale or network environment.
- Strong project planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines and dependencies.
- Practical experience managing delivery risks, issues and dependencies through to resolution.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to influence outcomes across technical and business teams.
- Experience coordinating provisioning, work orders, incidents, network delivery or service operations will be highly regarded.
- The ability to understand delivery issues and turn them into clear actions, decisions and business updates.

- Strong organisation and attention to detail when managing trackers, actions, escalations and reporting.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the judgement to resolve, influence or escalate at the right time.

You do not need to have held the exact title of Delivery Engagement Specialist. We are interested in candidates who have a solid record of coordinating service delivery, influencing stakeholders and achieving outcomes across multiple teams.

What success looks like

- Enterprise services move from request to completion with clear ownership, pace and visibility.
- Risks, issues and dependencies are identified early and actively managed.
- Stakeholders receive timely, accurate and useful updates.
- Delivery blockers are resolved quickly, with clear accountability for next steps.
- Workgroup priorities are aligned to the most important delivery outcomes.
- Reporting provides a reliable view of completed, in-progress and at-risk work.

Why this role?

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact at the centre of enterprise telecommunications service delivery. You will work with experienced network, technology and delivery professionals, build strong stakeholder relationships and help improve how enterprise services are delivered. With broad visibility and the opportunity to influence outcomes across a technical environment, you will be able to make a practical contribution from day one.

If you are energised by delivery, confident working across teams and motivated by achieving outcomes, we would like to hear from you.
