About the role The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering electrical goods and other products to customers, assisting with installation and setup, and providing friendly and professional customer service. You will also support our sales team by assisting customers in-store and over the phone when required.

Key responsibilities

- Safely deliver electrical goods and other products to customers.

- Load and unload appliances, including fridges, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and other large items.

- Safely handle heavy and bulky goods using appropriate manual-handling techniques.

- Deliver, position and assist with the installation and setup of electrical goods at customer premises.

- Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the business positively.

- Explain basic product operation and ensure customers are satisfied with their delivery and installation.





- Assist customers with product selection and provide basic product and sales advice.

- Assist with general sales and day-to-day business operations.

- Maintain the delivery vehicle and ensure it is kept clean, safe and presentable.

- Complete delivery and electrical manifests accurately.

About you

- Reliable, punctual and well presented.

- Physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and manual handling.

- Confident and professional when dealing with customers face-to-face.

- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Practical, hands-on and willing to learn.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- A secure and responsible driver with a current driver's licence.

- Experienced in delivery, electrical goods, installation, retail or sales (preferred but not essential).
