About the role

RH Demolition Team is seeking an experienced Demolition Leading Hand / Supervisor to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full time position or Casual, As a key member of our management team, you will oversee day-to-day demolition activities, supervise crews, and maintain the highest standards of safety and workmanship across all projects.

What you'll be doing

- Supervising and coordinating demolition crews on site, ensuring all work is completed safely and to schedule
- Conducting daily site briefings and toolbox talks to reinforce safety protocols and project objectives
- Inspecting worksites and equipment to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures
- Managing site logistics, including waste removal, material handling and equipment placement
- Communicating regularly with project managers and clients
- Training and mentoring crew members to develop skills and ensure consistent performance standards
- Maintaining accurate site records, including timesheets, incident reports and progress documentation
- Operating and maintaining demolition equipment as required

What we're looking for

- Current White Card (WHS Induction Card) or equivalent qualification




- 2 years in a supervisory or leading hand capacity
- Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment and safety regulations specific to the construction industry
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and resolving workplace issues effectively
- Current Driver's Licence (Class C or equivalent)
