About the role

We are seeking to fill two separate roles: a Dental Assistant and a Receptionist. Bonus points if you’re able to confidently take on both roles! This is a role that has opportunities for full-time and part-time employment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reception and/or dental assisting duties, as well as excellent customer service skills.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming patients, checking them in, and scheduling appointments
- Handling patient inquiries and providing information about dental services
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date
- Performing basic administrative duties such as answering phones and processing payment
- For the dental assistant position it will be assisting our dentists and oral health therapists with procedures and treatments
- Preparing and sterilising dental instruments and equipment

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Receptionist &/or Dental Assistant is preferred
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and equipment




- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in using dental software and computer systems
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
