About the Role As a valued member of our clinical team, you’ll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities that go beyond just chairside assistance:





- Assist in delivering exceptional care during general and cosmetic dental procedures.
- Support and reassure patients, especially those feeling anxious or unsure.
- Maintain a pristine clinical space and uphold best-practice infection control standards.
- Help out with reception tasks like greeting patients, booking appointments, and answering calls.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Is kind, professional, reliable and a true team player.
- Has customer service experience (preferred, but not essential).

Bonus points for:

- Front desk/reception experience and HICAPS knowledge (training available).
- Familiarity with Carestack Dental Software (not required, but a plus!).
