Experienced Dental Assistant – Full Time

Vivid Smiles Dental Centre Bunbury We are looking for an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our friendly team in a full-time, long-term position.

Vivid Smiles Dental Centre is a busy, fast-paced practice where teamwork is extremely important to us. We are looking for someone who enjoys dental assisting, is passionate about dentistry and takes pride in helping create a positive experience for every patient.

Great hours – no evenings and no Saturdays

This is a full-time position working approximately: 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with one Friday off each month.

There are no evening shifts and no Saturday work.

About the role

You will be assisting across a broad range of general dental procedures and working closely with our dentists and wider clinical team. We are looking for someone who is confident in the surgery, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and who understands the importance of being dependable and consistent.

About you

You will be someone who:

- Has previous dental assisting experience and is confident assisting with general dental procedures
- Is reliable, punctual and dependable
- Is looking for a long-term position
- Is comfortable working in a busy, rapid-paced practice
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is organised and able to anticipate what is needed during procedures
- Is friendly,



caring and professional with patients
- Enjoys their job and is passionate about dentistry
- Takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for
- Enjoys being part of a team
- Has a genuine willingness to help and support other team members
- Communicates well and contributes positively to the workplace
- Is available to work approximately 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Experience assisting with orthodontics and implant surgery would be a definite advantage, however we are also happy to provide training to an experienced Dental Assistant who is keen to develop these skills. Experience with dental laboratory work would also be beneficial or willingness to learn.
