About the role

We are seeking a warm, high-performing Dermal Clinician or Dermal Therapist to join our growing team. Help us to build out Aesthetic side of the clinic. Working alongside our medical team and Clinical Director, you will have input of the Dermal side of the clinic, you will perform thorough skin assessments and deliver targeted, clinical-grade dermal treatments for skin health, scar management, pigment, vascular concerns, and post-procedure skin care.

Key responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive dermal assessments and design structured, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver advanced therapies, including clinical chemical peels, microneedling, medical-grade LED therapy, and light/laser modalities
- Provide tailored pre- and post-procedure care for patients undergoing skin surgery and dermatological treatments
- Educate clients on skin health, barrier repair, and active homecare regimes
- Maintain detailed clinical records and uphold infection control standards

About you

- Bachelor of Health Science (Dermal Science) or Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 1+ years of clinical experience in an aesthetic, dermal, or medical clinic setting
- Strong clinical judgment, exceptional interpersonal skills,



and a genuine passion for patient care
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to ongoing career development
