An exciting chance exists for an experienced Development Manager to join Halcyon Communities, Stockland's award winning land lease community business.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a significant Melbourne based projectt and help deliver a vibrant community designed for over 55s. Working across the full development lifecycle, you'll influence key development decisions, drive commercial outcomes and play a pivotal role in bringing an exceptional community to life.

We're Looking For An experienced Development Manager who is passionate about creating communities and thrives on project ownership. You bring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management expertise and a track record of delivering successful development outcomes.

What You'll Do

As part of the Melbourne Development team, you'll lead the delivery and performance of a key Halcyon Communities project, working collaboratively across planning, approvals, design, delivery and commercial management.

This permanent role will play a critical part in delivering a community that enhances customer experience while achieving strong business outcomes. You'll work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and government stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the end to end delivery of a major development project
- Managing project feasibility, budgets, forecasts,



risks and opportunities
- Driving collaboration across sales, marketing, project management and finance teams
- Building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, approval authorities and community stakeholders
- Championing innovation, sustainability and customer focused outcomes throughout the project lifecycle

Experience & Skills That Count

- Experience delivering residential, land lease, masterplanned community or mixed use development projects
- Strong commercial and financial management capability, including feasibility management and forecasting
- Demonstrated experience managing planning, approvals and stakeholder engagement processes
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors and government stakeholders
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Development, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline
