RVORE Biomass Solutions is a rapidly growing business dedicated to the recovery and processing of organic and timber materials throughout the Goulburn Valley.

We operate a high-volume biomass processing facility utilising advanced trommel screening equipment, high-capacity conveyors, loaders, and heavy trucks. With an active in-house engineering workshop and exciting new machinery builds underway, we offer a stable workplace where your trade expertise will be genuinely valued.

The Role – Vacant Positions We are looking for practical, reliable, hands-on tradespeople who can keep our processing plant running safely and at peak efficiency.

We are accepting applications for the following separate positions. Please clearly state which role you are applying for:

1. Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter / Automotive Mechanic (Heavy Diesel Exp)

- The Role: Responsible for diagnostic fault-finding, servicing and mechanical repairs across front-end loaders, transport trucks, mobile and fixed plant.
- Requirements: Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology, Mobile Plant Technology, or equivalent trade qualification. Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience with heavy fleet assets.

2. Maintenance Fitter

- The Role: Tasked with troubleshooting, breakdown repairs, and routine component overhauls on fixed plant, including screening trommels, bearings, rollers, shafts, and drive network components.
- Requirements: Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) or an internationally recognized equivalent trade qualification.



Minimum of 2 years post-qualification fixed plant maintenance experience.

3. Structural Fabricator

- The Role: Focusing on structural steel fabrication, welding modifications, machinery asset refurbishments, and structural execution of our custom, in-house new machinery builds.
- Requirements: Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2 years post-qualification structural industrial welding or boilermaking experience.

About You You are a self-motivated trade professional who prioritizes site safety and can problem-solve independently without needing constant supervision.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Trade Qualification: Hold relevant Cert III / Trade Certification or equivalent.
- Industry Experience: Proven background working with heavy plant, trucks, conveyors, or equipment within recycling, quarrying, agriculture, or manufacturing sectors.
- Compliance: A valid, current Australian driver’s licence and a commitment to strict workplace health and safety protocols.

The following skills and high-risk licenses are highly regarded but not essential:

- Welder/fabricator certifications, advanced hydraulics experience.
- Forklift (LF), Front End Loader (LL), or Elevated Work Platform (EWP) tickets.
