About the role

Reporting to the management team, you will plan, create and publish engaging digital content across our social media and digital platforms to promote our events, festivals and tours, grow our audiences, build brand awareness and drive ticket sales.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and online searchability for Tang Events' festivals, tours and events
- Create engaging, relevant and timely text, photo and video content to market the company and its events, and drive consumer engagement
- Create, schedule and publish marketing content to social media platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Rednote) and Facebook) and the company website
- Manage, schedule and monitor multiple social media accounts, including release timing and updates to marketing content
- Plan content calendars aligned with event announcements, on-sale dates and broader marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyse social media and website performance metrics to track engagement and refine content strategy




- Analyse data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms, and provide regular reporting and insights to management
- Maintain and enhance website content for external and internal audiences
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, promoters and social media influencers to develop content and increase brand reach

About you

- At least 3 years of experience working in digital marketing
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing content and campaigns on Social Media Platforms
- Experience with Xiaohongshu (RedNote) is highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification in business administration, marketing or communications, or a closely related field
- Solid copywriting, photo and video content creation skills, with a portfolio of published digital content
