Courallie Park Preschool and Early Education Centre is a unique childcare service offering nurturing care and child- and family focused programs, including preschool, delivered by a passionate, dedicated and long-standing team.

The Centre focuses on the needs of each child through constructive play experiences designed to build a foundation for success and confidence in life. Courallie Park PEEC believes in developing a sense of belonging and takes a holistic view of childcare, considering Courallie Park an extension of family life.

As a smaller centre, each child receives the special attention and personal care they deserve. The service offers a comprehensive preschool program that supports children’s continuity of learning through to school.

As part of the Courallie team, you will be help create a protected, stimulating, healthy and caring learning environment that fosters and maximises each child’s individual development potential.

So, what do you need?

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Equivalent
- Working with Children Check clearance
- Mandatory National Child Safety Training from Geccko (Get early childhood compliance knowledge online)
- Current First Aid Certificate - Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting
- Demonstrated experience working in accordance with the National Quality Framework in providing an education and care service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, being able to work to deadlines and set priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work and contribute as part of a team
