Dispute Resolution Solicitor (In-House)

Our client is a privately-owned group of companies with interests across a wide range of industries including building materials, mining, healthcare, technology and property development. The group employs over 5,000 people.

We are excited to partner on another position in their 14-strong legal team, this time for a lawyer to work alongside a senior litigator (with a top firm background) on a wide variety of commercial disputes, litigation and regulatory investigations across a number of the Group companies. The position offers unapparelled breath on the in-house side, both in terms of the sectors covered and the type of issues and disputes that arise.

With a prime office based in Sydney's CBD, a market-competitive salary, and no billable hours targets, this position would suit a lawyer excited to work in-house, having had c.1-4 years' experience in commercial dispute resolution within a reputable law firm or organisation.
