- Monday to Friday | 5:00 am to 1:30 pm
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required
- Ongoing opportunity within a fast-paced warehouse workplace

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate truck allocations across loading and unloading docks
- Monitor inbound and outbound warehouse movements
- Maintain accurate records across warehouse systems
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse and operational teams
- Respond to emails and investigate booking or load discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures
- Provide general administrative support

To be considered, you will have:

- Previous transport, warehouse administration or dock control experience
- Strong computer skills and WMS experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A reliable,



proactive and safety-focused approach
- Flexibility for overtime and occasional weekend work
- Unlimited Australian working rights
