The Role

We are currently seeking Drill Support staff to become a valuable part of our team at Ravenswood Gold Mine. This is your opportunity to be a key player in an industry-leading company, while developing your career in a fast-growing and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work is completed safely and efficiently, as safety is always our top priority.

This Full-Time, Max-Term Contract role offers:

- Family-friendly roster 7/7 (consisting of day and night shift rotations)

About You As an integral member of our Ravenswood Gold Mine project, you will have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You understand that safety sits at the heart of everything we do, and it’s the commitment we all make to each other.

We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and develop their careers. Ideally, you will have:

- Must live locally to the Townsville/Charter Towers region




- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical inclusive of a drug and alcohol screen.
- Have a clear National Police Check
- A current open C Class driver’s licence
- First aid/CPR and fire extinguisher qualifications (preferred but not essential)
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on working safely
- Experience in the mining, construction, or heavy industry sectors (preferred but not essential)
