Located in the heart of Broadbeach, Club Broadbeach is a modern, vibrant, and community-focused venue delivering a premium experience across bar, bistro, gaming, and events. We are looking for a strong, hands-on Duty Manager to join our leadership team and help drive operational excellence

About the Role

This is a true hands-on leadership position where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue while leading the team to deliver exceptional service every shift.

You will set the tone on the floor, drive standards, and ensure our members and guests receive a consistently high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and floor service
- Drive a strong customer first culture across all departments
- Manage and support staff on shift, including coaching, performance, and service standards
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RSG, and all club policies and procedures
- Oversee cash handling, tills, and end-of-day processes
- Manage stock control, ordering, and venue presentation
- Coordinate and deliver functions, promotions, and in-club events




- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in hospitality, gaming, or a licensed venue
- A confident leader who leads from the front and sets clear expectations
- Strong operational knowledge across bar, gaming, and customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends

Essential:

- Current RSA & RSG
- Current QLD Approved Manager Licence (or willingness to obtain)
