Budgewoi Hotel is a flagship coastal venue within SRG Hospitality, a premium, multi-venue hospitality group operating across NSW and continuing to expand.

We’re seeking a Duty Manager who is confident on shift and ready to take the next step in their leadership journey within a growing hospitality group.

This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is looking to build toward senior leadership opportunities over time.

You’ll be supported through:
- Hands-on mentoring from senior leaders
- Exposure to operations, compliance, and team leadership
- Increasing responsibility as your capability grows

What You’ll Be Responsible For Guest Experience & Floor Support

- Support the smooth running of shifts across all areas
- Deliver a welcoming, safe, and high-quality guest experience
- Assist with handling guest issues and escalations

Operational Support

- Assist in daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and events
- Ensure service readiness and smooth handovers
- Support effective workflow during peak periods

Team Leadership

- Provide direction and support to FOH staff on shift
- Lead by example with professionalism and work ethic
- Assist in training and developing team members

Compliance & Safety

- Follow RSA, liquor licensing, gaming,



and WHS requirements
- Support incident management and reporting
- Ensure safe and responsible service practices

Commercial Awareness

- Support labour efficiency and stock control
- Contribute to maintaining high standards while managing costs

What We’re Looking For Experience & Capability

- Experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in hospitality
- Confidence working in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

- Current RSA (NSW)
- RCG (or willingness to obtain)
- Understanding of NSW liquor and gaming regulations

Availability

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
