About The Role Our Duty Managers provide hands-on support with the running of shifts. With the help of store management you’ll be responsible for:

- Supervising and coaching a large team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience and products
- Supporting with store operations and standards
- Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers




- Casual chance to work across a flexible 7-day roster

- Experience in hospitality
- Supervisory experience is ideal, but if you’re ready to step up we want to hear from you!
- Barista Experience will be a bonus!!
- Must love working with people- team members and customers!
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work during peak trading days and hours, including evenings and weekends
