The Prospect An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading ASX Top 50 organisation and support members of the Senior Leadership Team.
This role sits at the centre of a fast-paced executive environment, where you will provide high-level EA support to multiple executives and functions. You will play a key role in ensuring the leadership team operates efficiently, with diaries, priorities and commitments managed seamlessly.
We are seeking someone who is agile, adaptable and confident in their judgement, someone who can think on their feet and make smart decisions to keep the day moving smoothly.
Day to Day
- Provide comprehensive Executive Assistant support to multiple members of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Manage complex and constantly evolving executive diaries, ensuring priorities are aligned with business needs.
- Proactively anticipate schedule conflicts, competing priorities and executive workloads.
- Adjust and re-prioritise calendars when required, recognising when executives need space to focus or reset.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership sessions and executive briefings.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations and briefing packs where required.
- Manage travel arrangements and logistical planning for executives.
- Act as a central point of coordination across the leadership team, supporting communication and collaboration across functions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
You'll Need You are an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a high-performing executive environment and enjoys being a trusted partner to senior leaders.
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience supporting multiple senior executives within a corporate or complex business environment.
- The ability to operate independently and confidently without the need for close supervision.
- Strong judgement and the confidence to make decisions and back yourself when priorities shift.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to read the room and anticipate executive needs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Salary $130,000k base plus
