Qualification: An ACECQA-recognised early childhood qualification, or willingness to obtain one through a traineeship. Please note, this position is not suitable for ECT-qualified applicants or those currently studying towards an ECT qualification.

What we need from you:
Above all, we are looking for heart and passion — someone genuinely driven by a love of children and who understands the privilege and responsibility that comes with caring for them.
Australian working rights
· An ACECQA-recognised qualification or willingness to obtain
· Current and valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
· National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
· Current Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications, or willingness to obtain
· A genuine commitment to child safety, and to protecting the rights, dignity and wellbeing of every child
· Strong child-safe values, professional boundaries and sound judgement
· Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
· Strong knowledge of Child Protection legislation and responsibilities
· Sound understanding of the National Law and Regulations, National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A willingness to reflect, learn, receive feedback and be accountable for your practice
· A minimum of two professional referees

Educoe is a family-owned and operated service. Driven by two highly accomplished teachers, Jessica and Rebecca — sisters, mothers and university-qualified teachers. With the strength of their team, and their unwavering commitment to creating a world where every child feels safe, valued and respected, Educoe has become a reputable, sought-after service.
High-quality education and care is provided to 34 children each day, aged from 6 weeks to 6 years, across two care environments — our Infant Care Environment and Shared Care Environment. Our shared care approach provides opportunities for children of varying ages to learn, play and grow alongside one another.
Conveniently located only a 10-minute walk from Revesby train station.
