Radical Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded early learning service in Samford to recruit passionate Early Childhood Educators. We welcome applications from experienced Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Educators, as well as Graduate Diploma-qualified candidates looking to develop their career within the Early Childhood sector.

About the Role

Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will contribute to creating engaging learning experiences that support children's development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging.

What We're Looking For

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Graduate Diploma-qualified candidates seeking a career in Early Childhood Education are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting
- Current Blue Card / Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework & National Quality Framework
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills




- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
