About the role
Temporary position for a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher at a service that prioritises child safety and is committed to ensuring that children are safe and valued.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a preschool program aligned within the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Foster children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, intentional teaching practices
- Develop meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager and Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement and achieve quality outcomes
- Guide and mentor educators while contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment
- Document children's learning and development, supporting successful transitions to school
About you
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Current Early Childhood Teacher registration
- Solid knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation
- A current Working with Children Check
- A current Police Check
- At least 5 years experience
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for high-quality early childhood education
