Early Childhood Teacher

- Salary $84,640.07 to $98,181.70 p/a + super
- Permanent full-time position – 35 hours per week

About the role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality early education programs grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

You will

- Design, implement, and evaluate engaging, play-based learning programs
- Foster a warm, inclusive environment where children feel safe and valued
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Document and assess children’s learning and development
- Provide guidance and support to educators within the room
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and child protection requirements

Qualifications, experience & skills:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) approved by ACECQA
- NESA Teacher Accreditation
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis,
- Child Protection certification / Child Safety certification
- Working With Children Check
- Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
- Confidence in leading practice and supporting team members
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
